Tacroheal 0.1% w/w Tacrolimus Ointment (containing Tacrolimus) is used for moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults, especially when other treatments fail, by calming the overactive immune response causing inflammation, redness, and itchiness, applied thinly to affected skin areas as directed by a doctor for external use only. It suppresses immune cells to reduce allergic skin reactions, providing relief from symptoms like dryness, redness, and itching, but it should be used with caution, avoiding sun exposure and informing your doctor about other medications. 

Glycolic Acid Cream 6% w/w (e.g., Glyco 6) is a topical exfoliator primarily used at night to treat acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, and signs of aging by promoting cell turnover. Apply a thin, pea-sized layer to clean, dry skin, typically 2-3 times per week, increasing to nightly as tolerated, while using daily SPF 30+ sunscreen. 

20g Betamethasone Valerate cream (like Betnovate) is a corticosteroid used for short-term relief of inflamed, itchy skin from conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis, reducing redness and swelling by calming the immune response. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin as directed by a doctor (often 1-2 times daily), gently rubbing it in, and always wash hands after use, avoiding face, eyes, broken skin, or covering with tight bandages unless told to do so. 

Scarheal gel, containing Allium Cepa Extract, Allantoin, and Heparin, is used topically for scar management, helping to reduce redness, inflammation, and size of old/new scars from cuts, burns, acne, surgeries, and stretch marks by promoting healing, moisturizing skin, and fighting bacteria. To use, gently massage a small amount onto clean, dry skin 3-4 times daily, continuing use until scars improve, which can take weeks to months. 

Pimecrolimus cream 1% w/w is a topical calcineurin inhibitor used to treat mild-to-moderate eczema (atopic dermatitis) by reducing inflammation, itching, and redness. It is commonly used as a second-line treatment for patients aged 2 years and older when other treatments fail. It is typically applied to affected areas, following the instructions of a healthcare provider.
