Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray is primarily used to treat symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever), like sneezing, itchy/runny nose, and watery eyes, by blocking histamine; it also treats nonallergic (vasomotor) rhinitis and, in combination with fluticasone, manages more severe seasonal allergies, offering quick relief for allergy sufferers.

Fluticasone furoate nasal spray treats allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, and itchy/watery eyes (allergic rhinitis) and can also treat chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) with or without nasal polyps (nasal polyps) by reducing inflammation, working as a corticosteroid to block allergy-causing substances. It's used for seasonal/perennial allergies (hay fever, dust, pets) and nonallergic rhinitis, but not for the common cold, and requires regular use for best results, with benefits appearing after a few days.

Fluticasone nasal spray is a corticosteroid used to relieve nasal allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, and itching, by reducing inflammation, and is also prescribed for non-allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, and chronic sinusitis (with or without polyps). It works by blocking inflammation-causing chemicals, offering relief from pollen, dust, mold, and pet allergies, but should be used regularly for best results and isn't for the common cold.

Brimodin eye drops (containing Brimonidine Tartrate) are used to treat high pressure in the eye caused by open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension, helping to prevent vision loss by decreasing fluid production. The standard dosage is typically one drop in the affected eye(s) three times daily, spaced about 8 hours apart.
