Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) 300 mg tablets primarily treat cholesterol gallstones (dissolving them) and Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC), a chronic autoimmune liver disease, by reducing liver cholesterol, increasing bile flow, and protecting liver cells from toxic bile acids. It's also used for other liver conditions like those from cystic fibrosis and to manage cholestasis in pregnancy, improving liver function and bile production.

100mg Silectone (Spironolactone) is a potassium-sparing diuretic used for fluid overload (edema) from heart failure, liver disease (cirrhosis), or kidney issues (nephrotic syndrome); high blood pressure (hypertension); low potassium (hypokalemia); and specific conditions like Conn's syndrome, helping the body excrete excess fluid and salt while retaining potassium, reducing swelling and workload on the heart, and managing blood pressure. It's taken orally as prescribed, often once daily, with or without food, but requires medical supervision due to potential side effects like high potassium (hyperkalemia) or breast enlargement.
